The Soulscreen Story Company started in Northampton, from nothing but a love for storytelling.
Founded by two storytellers who know what it’s like to grind for every opportunity, to push through when no one expects you to be there. We make film and TV that speak to real life, the kind of stories that stick with you.
Our roots keep us grounded, our curiosity keeps us moving, and our goal is simple: tell stories that matter, with heart and honesty, and to take them to a global audience.
Soulscreen’s debut short film ‘Mr Apple’, produced in Northamptonshire, marked the first chapter of our founders’ partnership.
The production brought together seasoned professionals and fresh, undiscovered talent joining as one force to tell a remarkably moving and personal story.
This wasn’t just a rare spark. It was fierce determination, from people who all had the same mission: to tell the truth, beautifully and boldly.
