Ian D. Fleming - Co-Founder
Ian D. Fleming brings over 20 years of experience in screenwriting, directing, and producing across film and TV. Formerly the Creative Director of the successful Screenworks Motion Picture Media Ltd, Ian developed a range of high-profile projects. He continues to share his expertise as a tutor at the London College of Communication, University of the Arts London, where he mentors the next generation of filmmakers.
Now, as Co-Director of The Soulscreen Story Company, Ian is bringing his wealth of industry knowledge and connections to Northamptonshire to help foster a thriving creative community. His notable credits include Dream Team, Hollyoaks, Disney's Evermoor Chronicles, and the award-winning shorts Little Boy Soldiers and The Gatherers.
Tyla Sharp - Co-Founder
Tyla Sharp is an emerging British producer, recognised by the BBC for his work. A Northamptonshire native, Tyla is committed to building the county’s creative scene, serving as a director of Northampton Film Festival and maintaining strong local industry ties. His past projects, including shorts featuring BAFTA-nominated actors, have earned recognition at festivals and been broadcast on Channel 4 and All4.
Now, as Co-Director of The Soulscreen Story Company, Tyla is dedicated to telling authentic stories across various formats, continuing his mission to elevate the region’s creative landscape.
